Bedstuy Youth Arts Academy Tile

This DDC (The NYC Department of Design & Construction) sponsored project is part of a renovation of the Youth Arts Academy (YAA) at Restoration Plaza, Brooklyn. Custom tiles were created as part of a renovation of four student restrooms using a Truchet patterning system with selected and manipulated images from past YAA performances. Each wall is a unique pattern based on the 10 mirrored pairs of patterned tiles.
