BEDSTUY BROWNSTONE

Once an SRO with 8 units, we converted this historic home to a two family and preserved and restored many of the details. Original pine floors were uncovered in demolition and we salvaged original wood doors, window screens, and moldings from many years of paint. New additions included the kitchens and a soundproofed music rehearsal space on the top floor.
