11th STREET APT

We were asked to turn this 450 sq/ft apartment with 8’ ceilings into a two bedroom for parents and a young child. The solution to the spatial challenges presented by this small space necessitated the customization of nearly all the furniture in the apartment.

A large storage unit with sliding panels was designed for both utility and as a canvas for collaborating artist Lia Halloran. This piece allowed us to explore color and pattern within a dynamic framework.
